Our story
Carlos and Crystal Medina spent more than a decade working for a large restoration company. They enjoyed the work, but they knew something was missing — the personal touch. In 2011, they set out to change that and founded Restorative Pros, Inc.
The couple took a personalized approach to home and business restoration across Central Florida, and Crystal is proud to say that Restorative Pros is a woman-owned business. Today, Restorative Pros has grown into one of the top restoration companies in the area — with no job too big or too small.
Our mission
Restorative Pros has a mission to rebuild, restore, and protect people and property from damage caused by natural disasters and other unfortunate events. When you hire us, we:
